  Summer court…winter court and everything in between, Parisa Caligari never imagined a simple court summons or jury duty would have anything to do with folklore. Twenty-five years and working as a paralegal in one of the many offices downtown, she was just starting her career. She had average looks in her opinion but worked very hard to maintain her shape—a little vanity never killed anyone.

 There was a something wild inside of her, a hunger that was growing out of control. People around her were dropping dead at an alarming rate and with a mysterious shadow man stalking her, she was at her limit. Becoming the prime suspect for multiple murders would make anyone split. Terrified, alone, and desperate, she had no idea she’d fall into the hands of evil incarnate. Parisa would be torn between worlds and forced to make a choice. She hoped it didn’t kill her.
